ENGLEWOOD CLIFFS, NJ PROJECT
The Englewood Cliffs project started with a great inspirational color palette since our client had existing beautiful striped black and white chairs. The pool and gray pavers were in place.
Our design phase included the outdoor kitchen, pendant lighting, motorized awning, furnishings, outdoor TV, planting, lighting, fire pit, and synthetic grass.
This outdoor kitchen not only showcases great cooking elements, large stainless steel farmhouse sink, ice maker and refrigeration, and it also has two custom designed lighted niches displaying our client's large collection of great distilled spirits, flanking a motorized TV.
The matte finish of the natural black stone veneer and polished black granite countertop emphasize the inspiration hues, while creating a great focal point in this backyard. Pendant lights highlight the counter, over the bar ledge for the perfect evening wine and dine celebrations.
The rope outdoor furniture collection displayed in the chaise lounge, lounging seating pool side, and around the fire pit, bring the modern and sleek flair our client wanted to accomplish. The outdoor TV next to the fire pit, and hot tub pool side, is a great element added to this backyard, being enjoyed when soaking in the heat from the hot spa and fire pit. A custom fire pit designed with waterfall miter edges along two sides, another modern detail to follow the overall contemporary and elegant flow we wanted to accomplish for this project.
The palm trees around the pool brought a tropical resort feel to this backyard. Landscape lighting added another level of beauty and elegance for evening gatherings.
